JORDAN BERNSTEIN is a Partner with Michelman and Robinson, LLP. His niche legal practice includes counseling some of the most accomplished chefs and restaurateurs in the country. Having previously worked in restaurants industry, Jordan understands the financial and operational necessities that allow concepts and creative aspirations to flourish. Additionally, Jordan represents national and regional food and beverage manufactures and distributors in a wide variety of corporate transactional and operational issues. Jordan joined Phase One in 2011 in memory of and inspired be his mother who passed from ovarian cancer. He is also an advocate on behalf of the Green Restaurant Association and of The Roots of Change, both organizations aimed at protecting and conserving our environment and agricultural landscapes.
