LISA WOODS

LISA WOODS is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of GroundSwell Group, a boutique marketing firm specializing in customer acquisition through strategic partnerships, imaginative events, unique experiences, and influencer-driven campaigns that connect people to brands worldwide.

Lisa joined PHASE ONE in 2021, following a brain cancer diagnosis (2015). She is passionate about supporting cancer research, advancing treatment options for all communities, and providing resources to patients and caregivers. 

Lisa previously co-founded City Charter Schools in Los Angeles and served on its Board from 2010 through 2016. She is currently President of the Board of Your Golden Ticket (a non-profit providing underprivileged children with once in a lifetime live event experiences) and serves on the Board of Chicago Teen Credit Union. 

A Chicago native, Lisa lives in West Los Angeles with her husband and three children.
